Scratching the surface ....

Having followed the Sebi lifestyle for a few years, I am the healthiest I've been in my life. Thankfully, I've been able to naturally cure my body just by following Dr. Sebi's advice. However, I did loose a lot of muscle mass so I was interested to see if this book was going to offer a solution. I'm not sure why this author said that the Sebi plan is set to avoid foods that don't have minerals, that is untrue. In this book he used watercress in one of the recipes watercress is an approved food and loaded in minerals. Per Dr. Sebi there is no such things as vitamins but minerals, there is no such thing as protein but carbon. Both minerals and carbon are found in the food Dr. Sebi recommended. While he didn't have a Phd, we still have living proof of the people who have been cured from all types of disease by following this lifestyle, no credit to pharmaceuticals. Per the Sebi lifestyle coconut oil is NOT recommended for cooking in heat. It can be used but not heated above a certain temperature. The meals suggestions in the book are decent staples. It would have been nice for the author do a better job with fact checking and also explain more about sufficient sources of solutions for building muscle with Dr. Sebi approved guidelines. The book was a bit misleading if you don't have knowledge of the lifestyle, otherwise it's ok.
