Awesome!!!!

An ultimate instant pot cookbook to me cause there have all year round recipes in this book which is enough to test. It has many recipes and most of them are very useful for me. The only downside in this book was, there are no photos in each recipe which i prefer in the cookbook but still, this book was worth to recommend because of its lots of choices to be chosen for your instant pot. Thank you, Author, for this excellent book.. Great book!

Outstanding!

This book is cool to recite and I imagine this list is the pick book of this topic, and I really appreciate this treatise. Plant-based nourishment are stuffed with nutrients, minerals fiber, and cancer prevention agents, so making your own dinners soups and sauces feels like home.

Fine!

I discovered it genuinely simple to pursue however the weight reduction was moderate, yet I think it is solid. The genuine issue is, they ALL work on the off chance that you can stick to them. Additionally, I trust we need to see any of them as a lasting way of life change. "Diet" demonstrates it is brief and it isn't. None of them are. This is genuinely great among them.

I know a bit about the ketogenic diet and this book (2 books in 1) is by far the best I’ve ever seen. The guides go into great detail about what to eat and not to eat, how to tell if you are succeeding, and what to know to be successful.

There are also a ton of sauces, breads, and out of the box recipes like his lime-mint soup, and includes a sample weekly menu and shopping list! This makes a wonderful gift, and you cannot beat the price! Thanks Plant Based Gabriel!

WOW.. Its amazing Recipe Book !

On the off chance that you need simple, scrumptious and cheap formulas to create, usually the cookbook for you! Each formula we have attempted and has been brilliant. It takes exceptionally small time to gather the recipes and not numerous fixings. The fixings are very common and what you'd as of now have in your wash room. In case you're vegetarian or not veggie lover, you'd still appreciate these formulas. I would certainly suggest this cookbook to everybody!

Perfect book for healthy diet.

This is the best book.Most of the ingredients used in these recipes would normally be found in a well-stocked pantry.It’s great how things are fresh and clean, instead of carb loaded or cheese covered to taste good. This guidebook gives you the best tools that you need to take care of your health, protect your body from dangerous diseases.

Cookbook!

Excellent!

I like photos so I can compare what I make to what they show in the audiobook, to see if it bares any resemblance at all (I'm not that great of a cook and am very insecure about what I serve). If you don't mind just having recipes only - then you'll probably enjoy this. I probably will get something else to add to my collection of cook audiobooks and I'll make sure to check that it does have photos this time around.

I love this audiobook.

I just recently bought an air fryer, and was not quite sure what I could or could not make it. I love this coo audiokbook as it gives me so many good healthy ideas that I can modify as necessary. I love both the cook audiobook and my air fryer! Excellent & healthy recipes. I recently joined Noom & I like the nutrition content. Easy recipes & full of flavor!

Good!

The ingredients are exactly what I have in my pantry -- nothing extravagant or pricey. I've made many of the recipes and they are so easy and delicious! If you want to make these recipes in the oven instead of the air fryer, there is a Conventional Oven Cooking Chart in the back of the audiobook to convert the recipes for oven use.

Best audiobook ever i listen.

This audiobook is on the short side, but it is packed with great recipes that we make on repeat. Depending on which air fryer you have, you may need to adjust the cook time for some recipes. inners using either an Instant Pot, slow cooker, air fryer, sheet pan, skillet, or Dutch oven. Thank you Gina for these wonderful cook audiobook.

Good One!

I received a Foodie Air Fryer Oven for Christmas and I wanted to find a cook audiobook that would be amazing for it! I've been super impressed by everything I've tried so far, and I have more on the menu for the next few weeks! This was actually my first Skinnytaste cook audiobook, and now I'm ordering all the others!
