Enlightening, Powerful, Applicable

For the longest time I've thought that the human body contained the programming that it needs to overcome ailments/disease, but it just needs the right fuel. Wellness Decoded not only validated this theory, but provided the evidence and examples of these types of fuel, and what areas of health natural, organic food targets in order to bolster, heal, and fortify. This is an audiobook I will refer to for years, as the wealth of knowledge contained is truly valuable, and can't possibly be memorized after a single listen!

The narrator is even toned, engaging, and easy to listen to without losing the listener's attention, and the author is clearly well informed on the subject matter. For anyone looking to gain greater insight into enhancing one's wellness/well being through what they consume, this is definitely a title worth checking out!

very informative

This book is very informative; especially, I enjoyed the way the author represented the popular diets and the discussions comparing and contrasting many dietary paths that have become popular. The author only talks about the diet, but he focuses on the mindset and habits you need to create while eating a particular diet. This book discusses different kinds of diets, but it mainly focuses on choosing a diet according to their own preference for their goal, taste, and value. Overall it’s a good book on the subject.

I really enjoyed these three hours of listening; the narrator had a nice performance. Furthermore, I found the information very helpful for our everyday supermarket choices.
