The new Harlan Coben?!
Like a few other reviewers I too was a little taken aback by this new book by Harlan Coben. Generally his books are suspenseful, shrouded in mystery and appearing almost hopeless but with resolution and a happy ending. This book has suspense and mystery but the ending is definitely not what I was expecting!
I agree with reviewer Wayne Mathews, NC that this book requires more than one listen to appreciate it. It is a dark novel (which I do like) and I have to say the ending was a little surprising. I don't want to spoil this but the protagonist is willing to give up a lifetime of working for a relationship 12 years ago.
Anyway, I do like and Recommend this book, however if you've never read anything by Coben I would recommend starting with a different book maybe FOOL ME ONCE or THE INNOCENT.
Steven Weber does an excellent job narrating.

Felt like I was right there
What made the experience of listening to Don't Let Go the most enjoyable?
Steven Weber did an excellent job with his narrative. His emotion was raw and real and I felt like he was in the moment and not just reading.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Don't Let Go?
The ending... I did not see it coming!
Which character – as performed by Steven Weber – was your favorite?
Nap! Steven did a fabulous job portraying Nap.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When Nap spoke as if he were talking to Leo intimately. I'd love to tell more, but don't want to give anything away! :)

Nice one, Harlan
On occasion I been disappointed by Harlan Coben’s novels. Great build up, but not greatest of finishes. This one I really liked. Excellent narrator and just twists abc turns to make it an enjoyable listen. And Steven Weber never disappoints
