EXCELLENT. LOVE THE SERIES.

Jackie May is so talented. She writes an awesome paranormal series. Hollie Jackson brings the characters to life. Her male voices are good too. I love that Nora has such a loving personality. Her beaus are all so fantastic. I particularly like Oliver. A gentle and warm personality. I think of all the guys he will suit Nora best. I hope book 3 will come out ASAP.

Thoroughly Enjoyed This Series

Love this series even if it's rather predictable. Its definitely an entertaining light read with no great surprises. Light, entertaining, and humorous is just my kind of book when I'm looking to take a break. Hoping for more of the same soon.

Series isn't for me

I liked the first one well enough to try this one out. I can't quite put my finger on whether the biggest thing that bugged me was the narrator or the writing. The narrator read this with the required cadence to illustrate a proper sentence, but she read without emotion or personality. But there doesn't seem to be much emotion or personality written into the story. So who is at fault for this? It wasn't worth much pondering to figure it out. The lack of life coming from the characters, both narration and writing, made this read very bland and methodical.

The big reveal was lacking. I actually let out a loud sigh of disappointment when it happened. I was hoping for something better. It does make sense and the author has been playing towards from the start, but still, it was so not a shock or surprise it fell flat.

The first book had a small promise of a good series, the second book shut that door for me. I won't be listening to the next.

Good read

i enjoy this series. i like the surprises and the growth of Nora. i look forward to each new book and the reveals. my only no so positive is the "crimes" are kind of weak, kind of would like to see some "fate of mankind or fea-kind" is on the line. but overall fun

I love that Nora has common sense. Love this book and the series so far. The author is being creative with her plots instead of having Nora kidnapped in every book. Can't wait for the next!!!

Good Read

I can't wait until 3rd book comes out. I'm rooting for Rouke the wolf. I'm glad she's not skittish, but she needs to stop referring to her gifts/ life as a curse. she needs to embrace it and learn as much about herself as possible.
