Publisher's summary

Such a huge prick...

They call him The Donkey because of the size of his dick. I call him it because he's a complete and total ass.

I hate Landon Maddox with a passion, and I haven't even met him yet. Underwear model, star quarterback, arrogant, muscle-headed prick.

I never wanted a stepbrother in the first place, and now I have one that thinks he's a God.

Seriously.

If his most famous asset isn't beaming down at me from billboard posters all over the city, he's spread across the front pages of every single newspaper, always for the wrong reasons.

Landon Maddox is everywhere I look, and now I have to spend the next seven days with him for real, squashed into a tiny cottage in the middle of nowhere.

I'm not even kidding. Family vacation with the man I spend my lifetime trying to avoid. Getting to know the enemy with nowhere left to escape.

That's not the worst thing either.

Apparently there aren't enough bedrooms for us all, which means The Donkey and I have to share.

Me and The Donkey in the same room together for a week? With that thing between his legs?

Now I know I'm definitely going to scream.

What a turnaround from beginning to end

At the beginning of the story, I thought that this was one of Brother’s worst books, but I skipped to the end to see ‘what the heck?’ and was caught. I started going back a chapter at a time and found that this was one of her better books, if not the best. What a bad title! So misleading, just like the beginning, with Tillie being incredibly whiney and obnoxious. This turned into an interesting relationship story of obsessive, addictive, taboo sex that is H-O-T, but turns into something more. The taboo is Landon is Tillie’s recently acquired stepbrother by her mother’s marriage to his father. They’re both consenting adults.
Kline’s narration on this story didn’t work for me at the beginning, but grew workable with the progression of the story.
I would rate this much higher but for the title and beginning.

Could have been shorter

I struggled with this one. The main characters acted way too immature through most of the story and things were just entirely too ridiculous the way it was told.

The parents booked this cabin and they really didn't pay attention to the size and number of bedrooms? The "children" are adults so why would you expect it to be ok they share a room?

Because of the size of the cabin there is an obvious lack of privacy but they get their time alone when one of the parents gets so sick they have him transported to a far away hospital but they aren't gone that long. After that bit of alone time they were absolutely ridiculous about the way they acted to be alone.

Repetitive

So much overuse of the same words that I would be rolling my eyes. The main character went from being smart and tough to boning her stepbro in the tiny cottage room that shared a wall with her parents. Narrators were great but the storyline just did not do it for me. DNF

This Story is Everything Good, Sexy & Romantic!

I loved this story!!! It has it all... fun, sex, romance, laughter and surprises. The characters are so great and relatable that they hold your heart. I cried at the end and loved the whole book. The writing is excellent, as is Sierra Kline as narrator! I will be reading this story again soon, and it is that great! Stephanie Brothers is the Best! Loved this one so very much!!!

Juvenile

It is hard to believe this was not written by a teenager. The storyline was ridiculous, I've seen other authors do this type of story and did it WAAAAYYY better.

First of all, a mega superstar cannot afford a cabin where they are not sleeping on top of each other? Secondly, your parent is so sick to the point you think they might not make it but your concern is getting laid or going back to a cabin with no cell service while you await news on his condition then get mad when he returns spoiling your sex fest?

If the premise was to get the parents out of the house so the hero and heroine could indulge, then why not create a condition like a broken leg or some kind of accident that is not life threatening but requires medical attention? Lastly, the voice used for this 19 yr old girl was too seductive. I couldn't picture the heroine as a 19yr old with the narrators voice.

The long and short of my review is that this book was ridiculous and a waste of time and money. I'm returning this ASAP with a request that the author burn this.

O M G, the best one yet

Still a bit repetitive, but it definitely kept me glued. Loved the "get to know you" stage.

Not my favorite

The narrator is acceptable as a female but as a male, she needs more practice. As for the writing. Ooooof. “Tender hole, tumescent meat and the meat of her areaola” just don’t work for me. Try Hard 5 by her instead.
The title of the book is hilarious! Points for that one!

Good but could have been better

First: Narration was excellent! You could discern between 4 different characters with 1 person.

Now to the story:
****SPOILERS AHEAD***

So the premise of Tilly hating Landon to start and how much she speaks of hating him was…tiring. It was obvious she crushes on him. I mean, why keep photos of someone you hate?
Then you have the weird vacation in the middle of nowhere. Add that Marvin gets mysteriously sick and then suddenly better, and the constant incessant annoying inner monologues and it got a bit tedious.

The sex scenes and “love” part were amazingly written and I felt like a young girl in love whilst listening to it (**swoon**).

Overall there was a lot to work with in the idea of the storyline and it could have been done way better.

If you have a credit, it’s an okay book. But personally I wouldn’t buy it without one.

Awesome

I had my doubts about this book but I ended up buying it anyway. It was funny and the storyline was cute. Highly recommended.
