HE NAILS IT!

Alan Watts is the best spiritual teacher I have ever listened to or read, period! Don't pass this up. I have probably downloaded and listened to more than forty audiobooks from Audible, most of them on the topic of philosophy, religion, and spirituality, and at the moment, I would have to say that this one is the best I have yet heard. It is actually the only one that inspired me to write a review. I want all of my friends and family to listen to this! If you want some dull, dogmatic, join my cult, learn my system, I have the only way BS, then go somewhere else. If you want to find out what IT is, then definitely give this a listen. You will not be dissappointed. I won't try to convey his message here. He does a much better job of it than I could do. And it is not just the message. He is a lot of fun to listen to as well. The delivery is very entertaining. Unlike most other, dryly read audiobooks, I don't think that you would quite get the spirit of his teaching in the same way by reading the same material in a book.

Great Great Book

If you want to blow your mind this is the book to do it. The voice is great to listen too. The ideas are eye opening and have shifted my perspective. I have been on audible for nearly a year, and some books let me down, this one hasn't. I'm listening right now, and enjoying it. I won't dare to try to explain what I'm hearing, I could do it injustice, but i certainly recommend it. I couldnt give it less than five stars.

Really Good!

I had never heard of Alan Watts before this purchase, but after listening to this audiobook I am definitely a fan. These lectures are intellectually stimulating and full of deep insights. I've listened to it a few times now and each time I learn something new that I missed during a prior instance of listening. This audiobook is definitely a good buy.
