  • The Voice in Your Head Isn't Always Right
    Mar 26 2026

One of the biggest lies women believe is that confident people don't struggle with self-doubt.

But I'll let you in on a little secret…

    They do.

Even after starting and selling a business…
    Even after writing a book…
Even after launching a podcast and speaking on stages…

That voice still shows up sometimes.

    You know the one.

    The voice that whispers:
    Am I good enough?
    Do I belong here?
What if someone else is more qualified?

In this week's Do It My Way podcast episode, I'm talking about that voice in our head and why it isn't always telling us the truth.

    We'll talk about:

    • Why confidence is a skill you build (not something you're born with)
    • The lies fear tells women when they're stepping into bigger opportunities
    • Five ways to start building real confidence today
    • The simple question that can change the way you approach every opportunity

If you've ever hesitated to start something, speak up, or go after what you want because that little voice told you not to…

    This episode is for you.

Because the most confident women in the world aren't the ones who never hear the doubt.

They're the ones who don't let it make their decisions.

And the next time that voice tells you you're not ready, try asking yourself one powerful question:

    Why not me?

  • The Magic Happens Outside of Your Comfort Zone
    Mar 19 2026

Lately, I've found myself in a season of life where I've had to step outside my comfort zone… a lot.

Not just once or twice, but over and over again.

    Some of it was exciting.
    Some of it was scary.
And some of it felt like standing on the edge of a cliff wondering, "Am I really about to do this?"

If you're anything like me, you probably enjoy feeling capable, prepared, and in control. Our comfort zones give us that. They're familiar. Predictable. Safe.

But here's the truth I've been reminded of recently:

Every meaningful moment of growth in my life has come from doing something that made me a little uncomfortable.

    • Saying yes before I felt ready
    • Speaking up when it would have been easier to stay quiet
    • Taking a chance when I didn't know how things would turn out

Those moments stretched me. But they also shaped me.

The interesting thing about comfort zones is that they quietly convince us we're safe, when really, they're just keeping us small.

Growth, confidence, new opportunities… those things rarely show up where everything feels easy.

They show up when we're willing to try.
    When we're willing to risk.
When we're willing to step into the unknown.

And here's something important I've learned:

You don't have to take a giant leap.

Sometimes growth starts with one small brave decision.

Maybe it's having a conversation you've been avoiding.
    Maybe it's trying something new.
Maybe it's simply believing you're capable of more than you've allowed yourself to pursue.

Whatever it is for you, I hope you'll take the step.

Because the life you're meant to live might be waiting just outside the place that currently feels comfortable.

And if you want to hear more about this, I talk about it in the latest episode of the Do It My Way Podcast, where I share what stepping outside my comfort zone has looked like recently and the lessons it's taught me.

Give it a listen and then ask yourself one simple question:

What is one thing I can do this week that pushes me just a little outside my comfort zone?

You might be surprised by what happens next.

  • The Power of the Brain Dump
    Mar 12 2026

If you've ever felt like your brain has 47 tabs open, this episode is for you.

In my latest episode, The Power of the Brain Dump, I'm talking about what happens when you stop carrying it all silently.

    The mental load.
    The "shoulds."
The conversations we replay in our head.

For women who are juggling work and family life, the brain dump is a reset tool.

    In this episode, I share:

    • Why you lay awake at night with your mind racing.
    • How to stop reliving conversations from the day in your head.
    • The simple brain dump practice that changed everything.

Because sometimes the breakthrough isn't in having the answer.

It's in finally letting the thoughts land somewhere outside your head.

  • The Referral Engine: How to Turn Clients Into Your Sales Team
    Feb 26 2026

Referrals do not come from average service. They come from memorable service!

Over the years our best clients have come from referrals. We don't intentionally ask for referrals, we just try to always go above and beyond for our clients which generates amazing referrals.

Most people think referrals come from doing good work.

    That is only half true.

Yes, you have to deliver exceptional results. But if you are not in the right rooms with the right people, you are limiting your referral ceiling.

    Referrals are built on proximity.
    On trust.
    On shared experiences.

The rooms you consistently sit in determine the level of opportunity that flows to you.

In this week's podcast episode, I'm breaking down:

    • How serving on nonprofit boards has expanded my referral network
    • Why entrepreneur organizations create deeper trust than traditional networking
    • How to choose rooms strategically instead of socially
    • The simple shift that turns you into the connector everyone refers

If you want more high quality referrals without awkward asks or chasing leads, this episode is for you.

  • Listen to Your Body: The Signs Women Ignore
    Feb 19 2026

Are you really listening to your body?

I spent years pushing myself with early mornings, high-impact workouts, and eating what everyone else said I "should." My knee, my energy, my mood, they all tried to tell me something, but I didn't listen. Until I couldn't ignore it anymore.

In this episode of Listen to Your Body: The Signs Women Ignore, I share what my knee surgery and food experiments taught me about paying attention to what your body actually needs. From spotting early warning signs to learning the power of slowing down, this conversation is about more than fitness or diets, it's about listening, understanding, and respecting yourself.

    You will learn:

    • How to tell the difference between soreness and real pain

    • Simple ways to notice what your body needs from food and movement

    • Why slowing down can actually make you stronger

Your body isn't the enemy, it's the guide.

P.S. Forward this to a woman who needs permission to slow down and start listening.
