Very thought provoking and insightful

I thought it presented some really real and relatable moments especially for a certain culture and class of individuals. It is amazing to see her journey and how she overcame. The only part I disagreed with is the apart about not taking medication when she went to the psych ward. I certainly believe in God being the ultimate source, but I also believe he provides us resources. Medication for mental health is not always meant to be long term, some are just used to help with chemical imbalances. Such as other chronic diseases once you improve your health or the imbalance has been reversed you may not need the medication anymore. I just want to help dispel the stigma that therapy or antidepressants are not needed when you have God. They can still be useful and even more so with God.
