SC REALTORS no longer includes broker to broker compensation options in its forms. All compensation is direct between the buyer and buyer agent and seller and listing agent. It is not difficult to understand. As a listing agent you only worry about yourself and not the buyer agent.

But for some reason many of you still can't understand this simple concept. Today, I asked Former SCR President Reah Smith back to discuss her strategies for discussing seller direct transactions and compensation with your clients and other agents.
