Wonderful for family!
I love that we can listen together in the car and that my youngest can feel like a reader as he listens and follows along in the book. What a fun story! We feel like we got to go along to the SandDunes!

Can't wait to listen to the next one!
We started this book on the way to Great Sand Dunes, and it made the trip so much more meaningful. First, we found the hamburger joint in Buena Vista for lunch along the way. It was just as good as the story described! We also hiked to Zapata Falls, and even added a day to our stay so we'd have time to do more of the things that Jake, Wes, and Amber did. My whole family enjoyed the audio, and we can't wait to listen to book 3 when it comes out. The way the author weaves in facts with an engaging story makes it a total win. The books are educational and fun to read.

Great listen/read with my son
My son and I truly have enjoyed reading this series. We are hoping to visit the parks in the series in the next year.
