So Interesting!

I truly enjoyed listening to Discovering Your Enneagram Type. After starting this book, I took an enneagram test and, through listening to this book afterwards, I was able to dive into the power of knowledge that came with discovering my personality type. It is such a fascinating topic! I will be revisiting most of the content in this book, as I continue to learn something new every time I listen.

I was intrigued by what enneagrams were, so I am not disappointed by what I received. The author surely sounds like he knows what he's talking about. In the beginning, I was hooked, and just wanted to keep learning! I didn't know what it meant when I took an Enneagram test, especially when I was a '9', but I have a deeper understanding of myself now. Even if you aren't very interested in Enneagrams, pick this audiobook up and try it! I promise it won't hurt.

What the heaven is ANNEAGRAM! ….my exact thought, when it was presented at a retreat by a specialist, brought in to engage us, outside the box they said!
I like to understand things my way and pace. I must have asked a ton of questions. My research brought me “discovering your enneagram type” Imagine my surprise discovering this gem of a book. I am so amazed at all the powerful teachings. I have seen symbols of this so many times but without understanding. WHat the 9 points mean?... you will understand.
The fact that all the teachings through time, different religions and beliefs have something to say about these teachings
How it directly leads to Self realization and knowledge of those around you. I am particularly enamored about increasing self-awareness—the difference between the Real Self and everyday self, ego self. Look, I can go on and on about how amazing these teachings are and how well it is explained and narrated. You have to listen to truly understand. I highly recommend this book.

Awesome for better understanding!

Seriously, super helpful to understand ourselves and others. We are all wired differently, so trying to be considerate of someone else’s’ mindset or way of thinking is vital. Also super helpful for us to understand ourselves too.

Interesting and insightful

I was interested in this book because I’m trying to learn more about myself. It has presented some interesting aspects of personality types. I’m going to take the recommended test to gain more insight. I like that this info can help me understand and relate to other people better. I’m excited to implement what I have learned.

Excellent for newbies and more experienced

I didn't know a ton about enneagrams, so I was looking for some broad information - which this book does really well. But it also drew me in, and taught some of the specifics that totally had me like, "whoa." Lots to thing about. This is an amazing resource. Would recommend! Oh, and great narrator too.

Great personality insight

I am really one to enjoy these types of insights into ones personality and behavior. While listening I found two types that really seemed to describe me. It was really fascinating to hear about my strengths, behaviors, and even things that I can work on. I truly believe the more you understand yourself (strengths and weaknesses) the better your chance of growing. Find out your operating style with this book

A Great Listen and Learning Experience

I picked up this audiobook because I was intrigued by the title and the cover. I love to learn new things, little did I know that the audiobook was going to actually help me in my personal life. I have never heard of the enneagram before. It is a teaching about different personality types and more. It helps you understand your own behavior and that of others. It promotes self awareness, growth and a better understanding of 9 different personalities. I definitely fall in the category of the dreamer, but after listening to this audiobook I am not sure if I want to stay that way. A great listen and learning experience.

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook to not only learn more about my type but the other types, how they relate, and affirmations that can help me improve my life's experiences. I think that now I will be able to use my understanding of enneagram types to better communicate with other people as I learn to recognize their types and the interactions that they expect to have.
