It starts out slow but give this book a chance and it pack with information. This is an interesting topic and only the second time I read this topic. People sometime grow up with a lot of problem they have from their childhood without knowing it, so it good to look deep down to fix yourself.

How to heal your inner child

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook because in addition to introducing you to what the self is and how the shadow is generated with easy to understand explanations, it includes a lot of practical breathing and mindfulness exercises among others that help in the journey of introspection. I think it is a good tool to integrate your shadow and heal your inner child. I recommend it.

I’ve really been interested in learning more about the idea of using shadow work to help myself heal from some of the difficulties that I’ve experienced in the past. The thing I loved most about this book is that it didn’t contain a bunch of fluff. It was educational and it contained practical exercises that I believe can make a difference even if you had a difficult childhood.

I enjoyed this book a lot, and it also comes with the PDF, which is awesome. You have very valuable information to make peace with your inner child and heal your past. I believe that when we understand our childhood, we handle adulthood better. I also enjoy the workbook, it makes the book even more entertaining and beneficial, as you can put into practice a lot of the information.
