Publisher's Summary

Do you suffer from hurt and pain, but you don't from where it's coming?

There's a part of our identity that started way before we could understand the world. Things that happened when we were young, when we were the cute, innocent children we were. Those previous events in our life can have a greater impact on what we had become today.

Do you have experiences in the past where you felt sad? Or many an instance that you were so happy?

You see, there are some events that we need to go back to. Think of it as closure or befriending our old self. By doing this, you will heal some wounds. Wounds that you don't even know existed in the first place. You'll get to know more about you by going back to those memories where you are at your happiest moments.

Would you like to talk to your inner child? It will help you relax and relieve stress from the past, some trauma that was left behind, and maybe some reasons you just need to relieve.

Be the best version of yourself by seeing the old version of you.

This meditation session will help you expel negativity in your life, and it will help you to start living a more positive, optimistic life while loving yourself even more.

You have the chance to go back and say hi to your inner child.

Unlock your full potential and download this audiobook now.

I must recommend this, really.

I can't say I'm an expert at all in self help audiobook like this but it was good which made great points about the body's natural abilities to heal. Too many doctors like to discount the importance of our own healing abilities and this book reminds us that the human will is stronger than we think.

An interesting audiobook

An interesting audiobook written in an enthusiastic style by an author who has experienced healing in her own body by changing her lifestyle and her thinking. Many people do not accept that the mind can heal the body and conversely that the mind can make the body suffer physical illness.

The concept is fantastic and incredibly intriguing

The concept is fantastic and incredibly intriguing. And many of the early examples of the mind triumphing over serious disease are mind-boggling.

One of the best self help audibooks.

One of the best self help audibooks I have listened to. It really deals with trying to undo damage done in stinky childhood settings. For me, it really hit home and was therapeutic. Great exercises, tough material, opened me up considerably.

Good information,

Good information, much of which I learned previously. The suggestions for living your healthiest life are sensible and pretty practical: reduce and eliminate stress, eat wholesome and nutritional foods, get enough sleep, meditate/pray, nurture healthy relationships, ask questions and advocate for yourself when working with medical community, avoid things that detract from promoting good health practices.

The author did a great job!

The author has written a very good book on covering how we think can heal our body. I have read many books on this and the Author puts a unique perspective on this. If you are dealing with health issues and never read a book on using your mind to heal your body, this is a good audiobook to start with.

I'm thankful for this

I always thought I knew something about life and healing until I read this book. I feel full of thanks to the author for all the wisdom, knowledge and love he has so adeptly infused into my mind through his masterpiece. Hate to think how ignorant I have been for so long but it is time to start over now that I have become enlightened. Thank you.

Full of positive affirmations and inspiration

A wonderful book full of positive affirmations and inspiration. I very much enjoyed this book. I liked the format of the book. Ig provides a one sentence meditation on a page, with a one or two paragraph explanation or instruction on the next page. Her spiritual viewpoint, that has no religious bias, is all-inclusive, refreshing, inspiring and insightful.

It has awesome and amazing content

I loved this audiobook, I already felt the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, so it was a great eye opener to hear scientific and empirical evidence showing the link between the body and the mind. Human beings are cerebral creatures, and speaking for myself, I know that I have spent so much time trying to improve my mind at the neglect and abandonment of my own body.

I can't rate this audiobook highly enough.

I can't rate this audiobook highly enough. What a breath of fresh air to see a writer unafraid to delve into the fringes of medical science and explore the latest discoveries that "science writers" scoff at. After all, if we are to evolve we cannot limit ourselves to the box of already-discovered medicine, we need to broaden our scope and open our minds.

This audiobook is a must for anyone

This audiobook is a must for anyone who recognizes they are aging and wants to at least keep their brain young, anyone who is a parent or anyone who works with children with any type of learning disability affecting the brain. There is so much more hope for halting/slowing progression of degenerative diseases or for improvement of various disorders of the brain than there was even a decade ago and yet we rarely hear of it in the mainstream.
