I thought it sounded much like her podcast that I’ve been following for years. This is the third book that I have read by her

Excellent and modern!

Excellent, easy to read book on finding your dharma! Ms Rose explained a complicated philosophy really well.

So many golden nuggets

First off, I have to say that this audiobook shifted my perspective on dharmas (soul’s purpose) and the ability one has to seek their own. I loved learning how the different archetypes and doshas define individuals and how doshas apply to all aspects of life. The book is easy to digest as Sahara does a great job breaking up each topic into a well-thought out chapter. I started this book in search of wisdom to help me find my purpose and it did not disappoint.

A New Way to Look at Life Purpose

Sahara’s language seems definitely catered towards a much younger audience (I am 28) but still there were moments of good nuggets. I really enjoyed her fresh way of using doshas and chakras for understanding how to bring to life your dharma (or purpose/passion) and the archetypes are a fun way to find clarity on YOU if you’re feeling stuck.

Beyond beautiful.

This is one of those books that you will listen over and over again. The insights and wisdom that comes through Sahara is so uniquely expressed. Finding your Dharma/purpose in this life can be such a daunting experience , but the way in which she explains it, and the guidance she gives is absolutely remarkable and like none other! Plus all the quizes and extra info on her website will leave NO ONE feeling more confused. If you do, read it again and again. Complicated concepts will become so clear that it becomes part of your lingo.

Good listen

The read voice is so soothing and her expressions on point. The book is really fulfilling and came to me in my time of Need. Do give it a try find your purpose live your life to the fullest

This book is for anyone who feels lost and is looking for direction. Sahara breaks down the concept of Dharma in an easy, engaging and practical way that leaves you inspired. A book I will return to again for sure!
