Who is Jesus? There is no topic more important to our lives than this one. Some are happy to say He was a good teacher. Others will note His loving and compassionate heart for the down and out. Still other people will applaud His willingness to speak the truth against the ruling authority. Yet His own claims don't leave room for casual appreciation. Jesus is the Son of God, our Savior.

Many things in life turn out to be much harder than we imagine - a strong marriage, raising kids, following Jesus. Yet all the best things are worth the struggle. Sometimes we get to see the blessings on the other side of the mess, and when that happens, it can serve to spur us on even more. If you feel stuck in a hard season in your home right now, this episode is an encouragement from us to keep pressing on and keep trusting God's ways.

Sin never offers what it promises. It starts so small and manageable, but soon we find ourselves a slave to it. Don't open the door to it in your marriage or family. Jesus has set us free to live a true life with Him.

We are being robbed. Jesus says that He has come that we may have life, and have it to the full. Yet our sinful nature tempts us to walk apart from God and His ways. As a result, we take a path that promises everything but delivers only destruction. Jesus is our Good Shepherd, and it is time to trust His leading in our lives.

The world tells us that we can be king of our own lives doing whatever is right in our own eyes. The Bible makes it clear that this is actually a life serving sin, which leads to death. We need King Jesus. It is in following Him that we find real freedom and life.

"After that whole generation had been gathered to their ancestors, another generation grew up who knew neither the Lord nor what he had done for Israel" (Judges 2:10). Are we watching the rise of a Judges generation? If so, what are we, as Christians, to do?

Are you ready for a life of freedom? It is one that offers us freedom from sin, death, and hell in exchange for a loving relationship with God as His adopted children. It is freedom to live by the truth, saying goodbye to the pressures of the world and hello to the adventure God created you for. It is a life of forgiveness and fearlessness. It is the true life available to you through Jesus.

The world is ripe for conspiracy theories as distrust for authority builds and people turn away from God. So, it is important that we know how to handle them and look to what the Bible teaches us. As Jesus warns, there will be many deceptions in the end times, so we need to be discerning and stay focused doing the work of God.
