It ain't Shakespeare

Highlights the lives of several gay teens in the Midwest living soap operish lives facing very topical terrors growing up in the early 1980s. Captures the adolescent angst nicely, but isn't particularly well written.

What a story!

This story about teenage boys falling in love with other teenage boys just sounds like a story that it was taken out of a fairytale land. But, it wasn't. You had your bullies, your really bad dudes and your haters. But, love conquers all! And standing up of what you believed in! Overall, stand up of what you believe in, and be true to yourself.

It just keeps getting better.

I have really come to enjoy the Verona boys. Can't wait for the sequel . The 80"s were not the easiest to be out of the closet.
