Publisher's Summary

The conclusion to Bri and Drago's forbidden love story continues in this, action-packed romantic suspense trilogy.

Vincent Acerbi

His name brings bile to my throat. Not because he ordered the hit on my life. The man makes me sick, makes fire course through my veins for all the damage he’s done to Drago - his son, my love, the father of my children.

Sins may be committed in the name of justice - because I will save my future husband. I will save my family from the devil they share DNA with. And I will save my badge from the disgrace placed upon it.

In the end, he will know he crossed the wrong woman. I will bring that man to his knees if it’s the last thing I do.

A riveting ending to the trilogy!

Once I finished book one, I knew I had to keep listening. Now fully invested in the lived of Bri and Drago, I had to see where things were going to end. NE Henderson did not disappoint. She masterfully took me on this wild ride and I didn't want to get off til I knew all the answers. This third book has quite a few twists and turns, some happy, some outright surprising. Bri and Drago have such a tumultuous relationship, I wasn't sure how things would turn out! Vincent is back, there is family tension and a few surprises that are sure to make you shake your head and then realize how perfectly it all makes sense! And the ending is just perfect. I loved this trilogy, loved living with Drago and Bri and just hope there is more stories of Ms. Henderson's coming out on audio!

Now the narration! We had the talented Charley Ongel narrate the first two books, and they were amazing. This time, with the addition of Tor Thom, the book explodes with chemistry and gives us a whole new look at Drago. I can' never say enough good things about this team. They connect so well, the stories flow and as a result it all comes to life. I loved every minute of this narration. Well done!

⭐️I HAPPILY BINGE-LISTENED THE WHOLE TRILOGY ⭐️

The first book in the trilogy was my first by N,E, Henderson but, before I’d even finished listening to the unpredictable addictive suspense-ridden book, I was already downloading books 2 and 3 in the trilogy because I was absolutely hooked into Bri’s life as a Detective trying to take down the drugs criminal Drago Acerbi. However, not everything in this well-written three part layered trilogy goes to plan, nothing is black and white and not everyone is who they seem to be. There are revelations and secrets round every corner, the mystery and suspense grows and, when Bri meets the infamous handsome bad-boy, the sexual chemistry and relationship blurs lines. And that continues throughout the other two books with a few very weighty twists thrown in the mix too as Drago and Bri clash, quaiver, combust, compel, consort, harmonize, come clean and finally fight together for what they want.. to bring down a monster.. and to love. However, it isn’t going to be easy, it won’t be without it’s heartbreaking consequences and the stakes will be high at times because the pitfalls, pit bulls and roadblocks will be never-ending.. but eventually the HEA will be so worth the fight.

Detective Brianna Andrews is looking after a tiny baby that isn’t hers yet she’s sworn to love and protect him with her life.. and it just might come down to that. Drago Acerbi screams ruthless bad-boy business owner and swears the baby’s not his, swears he’s not working for his evil Drug Lord Father and swears he wants absolutely nothing to do with Bri.. or the family she carefully protects in her arms. But who is manipulating who? Who is really pulling the strings? Who, out of all the characters are telling the truth and who is lying? Who is good and who is bad? Who will rise and who will fall? What are the secondary characters doing in the shadows?.. And who will be left standing when the last bullet has been fired?

Worth a credit? Yes definitely for all three books.. it grew and grew until its climactic end. The action-packed unpredictable plot had depth, drama, detail, chills and thrills, smouldering sex, passion and romance, highs and tragic lows, great secondary characters, a strong-willed determined heroine and a drool-worthy sexy misunderstood hero. The narration by Ms Ongel was good but it was breathy and kept reminding me of Marilyn Monroe.. however, Tor Thom’s narration this book finally gives a dual PoV perspective which was good and together they easily brought the scenes to life.

Spectacular Conclusion to Bri & Drago’s Story

I loved Dirty Sin. It was action packed and suspenseful with a few surprising twists. The final segment of Bri and Drago’s story captivated me and had me feeling a spectrum of emotions. My heart broke for Drago as I learned more about the pain inflicted on him by his father. I was outraged by what happened to Bri. I could totally put myself in her shoes and understand what she was going through. The ending of the book had me shedding a few tears of happiness for the couple and left a smile on my face.
If you have listened to the first two books I would absolutely recommend listening to this one. If haven’t listened to any I would definitely recommend giving this trilogy a try.
I can’t wait for Alana and Jackson’s story.

Wow

It’s not often that I want to speed a book up but this one I wanted to. Not for the normal reasons either. I wanted to speed listen this one because it is so good, I wanted to know what was happening next now. The suspense the build up it was the most exquisite torture listening to this book.

The characters are brought to life through the writing and the narration investing me in the story. This is an author that I know I will need more of as this introduction has left me in awe of their writing.
