My weight loss guide
Any additional comments?
This is an audio-book that I highly recommend to anyone interested in this diet or in switching to a healthier lifestyle. I was never one to spend the time to look into diets such as this until recently. I knew that I had to get on board the healthy train and lose some weight; my diet was atrocious and I was worried about my long-term health. I listened to this audio-book and it changed my entire outlook. I was excited to start this diet and it was so easy for me. I started to feel better and look better, which is much more than I had expected to get from an audio-book.

Paleo Diet - A Healthy Way to Lose Weight
What did you love best about Diets and Weight Loss: Paleo Diet?
I really liked the manifest on what to eat and what not to eat while on a paleo diet. I love that while eating in moderation, you can eat a lot of meat - I am a carnivore at heart!
What about Christy Lynn’s performance did you like?
I liked Christy's tone and the implied emotion in her voice. It was very professional but also very empathetic.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
While I did not cry while listening to this book, I did find it amusing. I especially thought it was funny to listen to some of the talk about cave men and how they ate.
Any additional comments?
This weight loss guide on how to lose weight while on a paleo diet is very informative and well researched. I found it very useful.

Not Appropriate as audio bk; narration frustrating
What disappointed you about Diets and Weight Loss: Paleo Diet?
This book contains various reference items that are noted by the narrator but you don't have access to them. On recipes noted in the book, she then painstakingly goes through each ingredient and how to prepare. It would have been helpful if they had provided a reference document that contained all these items when you purchased the book like many other diet and weight loss books.
What didn’t you like about Christy Lynn’s performance?
What can I say about the narration beyond it was horrible! Very bland and monotone reading. So bad in fact I wasn't able to make it through the entire book.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Book was frustrating.
Any additional comments?
I'd encourage anyone interested in learning more about the paleo diet/lifestyle to investigate books that include downloads of reference materials to accompany the book.
