GREAT Information

I knew absolutely nothing about the Keto diet. This gives a very thorough description of what the diet is, why it's important, health benefits, the differences in foods... It even gives you tips on shopping for the right foods.

Extremely helpful and easy to listen

This book really helped me when I started my keto way of eating. The beginning of the book about why keto, what is keto, etc was extremely helpful and easy to listen. The plan and following recipes are good. However, I recommend this book for beginners or those curious about keto.

Great for Keto Beginners. Amazing Recipes and Tips

This is a great book for Keto Beginners (like myself) The recipes are not difficult or time consuming and once you get your pantry prepped they take a lot of the same ingredients so you aren’t wasting money on items you will only use once or twice! This book has all that to help get you ready for a Keto Life!

Fantastic Book

Tough diet to stick to when you’re ONSESSED with carbs. But I was delightfully surprised at how much actual food you can eat. Basically all the cheese and bacon you can eat! The alterations I need to incorporate for my partner's allergies made some dishes unappealing. But with trial and error we will get this figured out and we will be better versions of ourselves because of it!

Best Keto book for beginners!!

I absolutely love the recipes from this book. I've been on Keto for 4 weeks and following the recipes , and have lost 13 lbs, so far. My energy is incredible, and I have so much more endurance. Try this Book!!!!!

Good for beginner

This book explains the diet, how it works, and how you are to eat. I would recommend that you only use this diet for Plan de Comida de 30 Días. It is high in fat and protein which is not healthy long term.
