I absolutely love this cookbook

I absolutely love this cookbook. I have always wanted to try the Keto Diet, but I don’t do long recipes and I have an almost 2 year old, So time in the kitchen is very limited. So when I saw this, it was perfect for me. The receipts are quick and so so good!

My cookbook arrived yesterday and I already have three things picked out to try. The book is very well written and all the steps are laid out for you...plus the mouth watering photos peak your interest!! I am delighted with my purchase and think you will be too.

Simpler Meals that Can be Made Quickly

I’ve already marked many of these recipes even though I really haven’t sincerely begun going true KETO. I know the ketogenic diet works because several years ago I lost 10-15 lbs on it over just a month or so. But then I got into the pasta and bread again. I simply DO NOT LIKE TO COOK OR WASH UP AFTER MAKING A MESS. However, you have to cook if you are going Ketogenic or Paleo or anything that doesn’t send meals to your door.

For our purposes this was PERFECT

First, the title is misleading -- Many recipes do have more than 5 ingredients. However, 5 ingredients wasn't key to what I was looking for. I was preparing to teach a Nutritional Kitchen course to non-keto teens. I wanted clear and easy instructions. I wanted tasty food.

Simple and affordable keto!

We’ve had this cookbook for a while and it’s honestly the one we pull out the most. There are so many delicious recipes in here that are both simple to make and affordable. There’s plenty of variety for us, too, with sections for beef, chicken, pork, seafood, sauces, desserts and more. The only thing that doesn’t work for our family is that the majority of recipes are created for 2 people, and we’re a family of three. Not a huge deal. I’m very happy we started keto with this one and it continues to serve us well.

Easy recipes that taste great!

This is a great cookbook to have if your on the ketogenic diet. Included in this book are some keto guidelines and foods to use and foods to avoid. Great for beginners! The recipes are simple and do not require a lot of ingredients nor a lot of time to prepare.

Super simple and tasty things to try! I got into a Keto rut of eating the same thing over and over and this was a great way to have more variety without being overwhelming. Taco soup is delish!!!

BUY THIS COOKBOOK!

If I could give this cookbook 10 stars I would! Being new to Keto, I was having a hard time finding easy recipes for two people. Most Keto cookbooks call for tons of ingredients that can become overwhelming when putting together your shopping list. The things I love most about this book are the recipes are delicious, the ingredients are simple, and each recipe is designed for two servings.

I definitely recommend! So yummy!

I love how simple these recipes are! Some are not as low carb as I like, but I know how to make adjustments to make them work for me. The book not having pictures isn't a big deal for me either, because it's not hard to read the very small list of ingredients and make the determination on whether or not I'll like the food (because I'm an adult). So far, I've made the almond butter smoothie, cheeseburger salad, and the shrimp and avocado salad (each with my own little twist) and they've been AMAZING! This cookbook gives me ideas I need to stray away from my every day boring "routine" meals. Thank you so much for making this book! I enjoy it so much!

Great everyday cookbook!

Lots of simple, tasty recipes with ingredients (if you are doing keto) that you probably already have on hand. A lot of the recipes do have more than 5 ingredients, but those are usually salt and pepper, butter. Normal cupboard, fridge items. LOVE the pancake recipe and the peanut butter cookie recipe. Anybody should be able to find recipes that you can get on the table in a short time. Pretty sure this cookbook, will be a favorite.

This book is fantastic.

This book is fantastic. Firstly it has recipes for two which is easy to half for one or freeze the leftovers and secondly all the recipes are tasty and easy to cook. Recipes are filling and varied. Love it!

Simple, straightforward cookbook

Really good book for those starting out on the keto diet. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. The only thing is that there aren’t any pictures of the food, so it’s hard to know what the dish is supposed to turn out like.

BEST KETOGENIC BOOK BY FAR

I am so delighted with this book. It is so easy to follow - its true ketogenic - I have made so many dishes from this book and have ordered her next book coming out in September as well. I find so many so-called ketogenic cook book authors are not true ketogenic as they include recipes with ingredients that are defintately not part of keto way of eating.
