Doch, es war wie gewohnt sehr, sehr spannend. Bis zum Ende völlig unklar, wer der Täter ist. Ich mag sowohl Kate Linville als auch Caleb Hale. Hoffe, davon wird es noch mehrere Geschichten geben. Ein wenig langatmig fand ich allerdings die Konzentration auf Kate's Probleme mit Männern oder Beziehungen allgemein. Andererseits sieht es ja am Ende so aus, als würden sich neue Wege für Kate auftun. Also war die ausgiebige Beschreibung ihrer Persönlichkeit wohl notwendig. Ich bin gespannt, wie es da weitergeht und hoffe - wie gesagt - auf eine Fortsetzung um ihre Weiterentwicklung zu verfolgen.

The story was interesting and kept my attention but there were some pretty big holes and some of it was not only farfetched, but didn't really make sense.
The narration was a bit flat at times. Her voice was pleasant though.

horrible
the speaker has the most boring sleepy smoky soothing mostly not or wrongly intonated voice I have heard. All chapters are the same. Thousand names, weirdly pronounced in exaggerated European dialect, lots of sadness and melancholic impressions, sad Plusquamperfekt storyline and I have no idea what she is talking about. I think it's mostly the reader, too bad
