Solange ich denken kann ist es mir wichtig herauszufinden, was uns Menschen in Einklang mit uns und unserem Lebensweg bringt und uns ermöglicht, heiter, kraftvoll und liebevoll zu sein. Einer der Wege ist für mich die Aufstellungsarbeit. Seit mehr als zwei Jahrzehnten arbeite ich hauptberuflich in eigener Praxis als systemische Therapeutin und Traumatherapeutin. Ich mache diese Arbeit immer wieder gern. Ich fühle uns geleitet von einer größeren Kraft, die weit über uns hinausreicht und körperliche und seelische Schmerzen in neue Hoffnung und Heilung verwandeln kann.
Seit Jahren sehe ich in meiner täglichen Arbeit, dass mit wenigen Ausnahmen dem Leid und den Anliegen, mit denen die Klienten kommen, Traumata zugrunde liegen, ohne dass den Klienten diese Traumata bewusst sind. Neben selbst erlebten Traumata der Kindheit sind es auch Traumata der Eltern und Großeltern, die noch immer auf uns wirken. Es wurde mir immer deutlicher, dass es ein neues Bewusstsein braucht für das große Thema Trauma. Dass wir mehr Verständnis brauchen für selbst erlebtes Trauma, aber auch für die Traumata unserer Familiengeschichte, die über Generationen weitergegeben werden. Diese Traumata wirken im Verborgenen, sie beeinflussen unser Leben und schränken uns ein, ohne dass uns die Ursachen bewusst sind.
Es ist Zeit. Ich möchte mit meinem Buch dazu beitragen, dass es ein besseres Verstehen gibt für das, was im Verborgenen auf uns wirkt, und dafür, wie es sich endlich, auch noch nach Jahren oder gar Generationen, zu einem guten Ende vollziehen und in Frieden kommen kann. Ich möchte dazu beitragen, dass das Thema Trauma in seiner Vielschichtigkeit gesehen werden kann, dass das Tabu und die Angst vor dem Wort Trauma sich auflösen können. Und dass wir die subtil wirkenden Traumata, von denen wir nichts ahnen, erkennen, verstehen und endlich heilen können.
Wichtig ist mir eine behütende Arbeitsweise, die neue Handlungsmöglichkeiten eröffnet im Einklang mit allen, die zum System gehören. Und wichtig sind mir Achtsamkeit und Respekt vor den immer wieder eigenen und besonderen Lebenswegen eines jeden Menschen.
