Five Stars

A very good resource who seeks help on finding their peace. I have never been happier after following this book after the struggles from severe anxiety. I got this book because my husband was having problems with the book his therapist recommended.

Original guide

The different plans for variations on the therapy can be a bit much to keep up with but there is an application of DBT here for almost any need.
