Lots of information on Insulin use

Had a ton of information on Type 1 and effective use and monitoring of insulin injections and other forms of administration, but was limited on how much information there was for Type 2 patients.

Let's face it- Text Books are kinda boring but....

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Despite the boring text book factor to a degree I would recommend simply because it is good information and sadly- doctors don't always go into with you. So worth a listen, especially if you are diabetic, pre-diabetic or have loved ones who are.

    Good info but probably outdated

I very much enjoyed listening to this book. I got a lot out of it regarding my diabetes. However it is 10 years old and I am afraid much of the information has become outdated. Especially the information regarding drugs that are used to treat diabetes.

    VERY INFORMATIVE

I listened to this twice... might listen a third time. Very good information and well read. Anyone with diabetes should download and listen to this at least twice (I picked up so much more info the second time around). I've been looking for some good diabetes education for a while and this is it.

One of the WORST books of all time.

This book is so technical that it's totally USELESS to someone, like me, who was just diagnosed with DIABETES ME.
    TOTALLY USELESS.
