Vaibhav Sisinty is a growth hacker who became the Marketing Manager at Uber at the age of 23. He comes from a small town in Orissa called Berhampur.

While Vaibhav struggled academically, he started his first website called Discovering Android when he was in the second year of his college. He had to shut that down after google banned his Adsense account.

The very next year, with other four friends at his engineering college he started a digital media agency called Crazy Heads which became very successful. He then later moved out of this startup to join Uber, the ride-hailing company.

Vaibhav has been featured on BuzzFeed, The Hindu, Entrepreneur among others. He is a speaker who speaks extensively on Growth Hacking, Growth Marketing, LinkedIn marketing and so on.
