This Book Reveals Roots

I think those who need this will enjoy it more. Personally, it was a journey and revealed many things about myself. I displayed many of the symptoms mentioned in the book and never knew the cause. For example, persistent sickenss that doesn't leave with medicine could be a spirit rooted in rejection rather than something faith alone removes.

Excellent Content, reader takes away from the book

What did you love best about Destroying the Spirit of Rejection?

The content of this book is quite good, and it gives you a tremendous amount of insight about rejection, the causes, effects and how to overcome them. This is a great spirtitual self-help/personal growth book. .

What other book might you compare Destroying the Spirit of Rejection to and why?

Books by John Eckhardt, Derek Prince...

How could the performance have been better?

The reader did not seem to be in touch with the subject matter of themes in the book, therefore, he did not convey very well the information that was attempting to be conveyed. His style was somewhat forced and performance-like, but the content of this book needs to be conveyed from a place of expertise, not make believe performance. I really felt that the reader took a lot away from the message of the book. I will need to purchase the print copy to be able to fully engage the information. Such a bummer....

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, I did not expect to listen to this book in one sitting, because of the meaty content, which requires thought and self introspection.

Any additional comments?

It would be great if you could get the author to read this book for your library. Thank you for listening!

So much information

This book was full of so much information on being rejected. It helped me to understand why people behave the way they do. These are people that I know have been rejected one way or another.

Soul food

This is the book I needed in my life right now. Rejection has been a theme in my life since I was born. I enjoyed every bit of it and felt like Jesus was with me healing my soul mind and body. It was very helpful and very easy to understand. I enjoyed the various specific prayers at the last chapters very much. This is a most have for every spirit filled Christian.

Deeply saddened

It saddens me deeply to hear such a beautiful and divine truth about how the pain and trauma of rejection hurts us physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually wrapped up and presented in message of narrow minded dogmatic religious fear and hatred. For anyone considering purchasing this book I strongly urge you to learn of the importance of this subject from another source and not from a man who constantly contradicts himself. He encourages us to have a "fear of God" and then quotes scripture that says "God has given us a spirit of power not a spirit of fear". He states the many reasons he believes God will rejects us and then says that God hates rejection. He claims that God is love and then preaches for hours a message of fear. In closing I wish Love for all. Freedom and healing from the pain of rejection for all of those seeking it and illumination for those who do not realise it is the reason for their hurt.
