Publisher's summary

Homicide detective Jesse Baker just received an anonymous phone call overseas from an unknown source.

"This is detective Jesse Baker. How may I be of assistance?"

"This is George Benjamin with the investigation team overseas. Is this a secure line?"

"Of course. Why don't you go ahead and tell me what is this about because I'm right in the middle of implementing new strategies and protocols for the federal government."

"Can we talk?"

"We are talking. So why don't you tell me what are we talking about? Besides, this better not be one of your manipulation plans because there is too much at stake."

"Question: I would really like to know who's responsible for what has transpired between Blaze and the people he is associated with."

Could not finish

The setup for this book sounded good, but...
The dialog was awful, no one talks like that. In fact it was so bad that I could not finish listening to the book. I guess I should have listened more closely to the 'sample'.

It was not the reader's fault, it was what he was asked to read.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
