Well explained!

I found this book easy to listen, well explained and organized, and not full of the hype that is found in many self-help books. But most of all, I found it incredibly relevant and useful, lots of well researched/evidenced methods to decrease susceptibility to depression were included in this book.

Got great cure of my depression

I've mainly struggled with seasonal depression and have dealt with this for about 10 years now. I had listened about most of the suggestions in this book before, but had never seen them put forth in such a comprehensive and easy-to-understand system. Just listening the book gave me a lot of hope that things could get much better than they were in terms of my mood.

Step-by-step program

This is a fabulous book. I don't usually listen self-help books, but this book is amazing. It is explained clearly, it is interesting, and it sketches out a real, doable, step-by-step program not only for those with depression, but... for anyone who suffers from the stress and grind of the modern western lifestyle.

Helpful information

Once you begin listening, I predict you will listen to the end without stopping--the book is that good. The author seems to be a very wise and gentle person who tells us precisely what words we might say in conversation with clinically depressed relatives, spouses or friends. They are words of great healing. Helpful information including information on support groups at the end of the book.

Got cured from depression

For basic depression it's a good book. I needed info on the type of depression that causes physical pain, medical symptoms and mental anguish. No mention of it. Top that with the person refusing treatment. The book is easy to understand and with a little reflection you will know how to talk to someone who is depressed.

This book is very helpful to people who interact with people who suffer from depression. Speaking as someone who has struggled with depression for years, it contains information and advice I didn't even think of and I would find helpful. It's very technical and it's short and simple.

Lots of helpful data

This book is an absolute necessity have for any individual who needs to be helped normally. Try not to give the title a chance to trick you. There is a great deal of other data identifying with regular solutions for other well-being side effects. I just wished I discovered this book before. I am sure that this book will work for you as well. It has been over a year since I purchased and listened this book and I keep on having heaps of vitality and get-up-and-go.

Awesome Audiobook

This book has helped me adapt to my nervousness. It gave a reasonable perspective on what is really going on. Specialists and other individuals essentially don't comprehend and can't relate. Great information about releasing depression
