Overall, it's a good book

I bought the book for someone else, got half way through reading it and realised IT WAS FOR ME!
I will finish it as I have already learned many simple things. It also re-iterated the things I already knew.

Exceptional book

So far it is a decent book. I am going down the alternative drug free route, so far it is helping. Good layout and pleasing to read, would recommend to anyone to try.

good ideas


Practical book. Easy to read. It mainly adressed the cognitive side of depresion. Depresion is far more complex than just negative thinking. Any ways I recomend this book because it has some good ideas.

accurate summary

Highly recommended! You might get just the tools you need to help with depression, much of the recommendations are kinda common sense but as I always say common sense isn't that common. If you read this book and apply it ,you will improve your state.
