Interesting Military Information about Delta Force
I really enjoy learning about military and special forces so I immediately got this book. It is a fascinating listen with a lot of detail about the training and type of men that make of the Delta Force. Good listen!

Misinformation
While I have the utmost respect for Navy Seals, this book was supposed to be about 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta... Delta Forces!!!! I found near half of this book to be about SEALS, imagine my disappointment when expecting to hear about the GREEN BERET's DELTA FORCES! My son may have thought this to be a great book, but in my opinion it was an EPIC FAILURE in meeting its implied TITLE Demands.

Excellent and detailed
A great read for anyone interested in Delta Force or Special Forces in general. The book got bogged down a little in the begging stages when it was solely talkin about trying to get the whole Delta operation off the ground.

A long winded info sheet 
The reading of this was horrendous and it was basically just a info sheet that was way too long winded and could have been completed and half the time. Do not recommend.

Not much new here...
if you've already done any research into Delta, I would recommend you pass this by. it's basically a regurgitation of other widely available materials, with really nothing new to add. if this will be your first book regarding delta, then it will probably offer you a lot, but if you already have any knowledge then you probably won't find anything here. one disappointment was that it
spent about as much time talking about several other spec ops units then it did about delta. so much so that I think it would have been more correct to rename the book to indicate this.

I wanted to hear more about Delta Force not about all special ops forces
The book spends 1/2 of the time talking about all other special ops communities all over the world….really didn’t care for that….
