Great Aiden Bates Story

If you like Aiden Bates, you’ll love this story. There’s enough drama to keep you entertained. I do occasionally want to smack the alpha MC but he is written with true human emotions. Narration is well done and easy to follow.

Nice start to the series

Finn is a bit of an oblivious jerk and Poor Carter is so sweet and extremely patient and forgoving, it's an ineresting but kind of sad heartbreaking story that dragged a little getting to the good stuff, I wish we were able to see the relationship in it's happy place more than we did but overall a good listen. The narrator is new to me but did a great job bringing these characters to life.

Two strong willed men fight over patient care

As a specialist in omega pregnancy Dr. Carter is dedicated to patient care.A good outcome is more important than cost. Enter the new hospital CEO, Finn Riley, brought in to make Silver Oaks profitable for the new corporate owner. How many ways can these two men manage to get on each other's nerves? I very much enjoyed the story line, character development, as well as the narration. I always love Aiden Bates' books and this one did not disappoint.

Good story!

The story's good and the characters interesting if a bit too much at times. The narration is good too but really the narrator speaks too fast for it to be pleasant. Slow down, buddy 😉

Doctors And Babies

This is the first book in The Silver Oak Medical Center Series. A fantastic book the writing was good. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters captivating. The characters were developed and thought out. Carter is an Omega and Finn is an Alpha and they are the MC’s of this book. The narration was expressive and enjoyable. I can recommend this book as a good read/listen. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

Ridiculous and OTT but good anyway

The narrator for this book may be the best thing about it but there’s just something about the ridiculousness of the writing that has made me listen to this more than once (I’m embarrassed to say).
This is kind of an enemies to lovers to enemies to lovers book where the MCs just can’t stay away from each other. It has alpha and omega dynamics and mpreg but no knotting.

Such a great story!

I'll be honest here: I thought Finn would be unable to redeem himself in my eyes, because, shees! that man was a real douché. And I was angry at Carter for submit to him, even when he knew better. And yet...

The story is a true emotional rollercoaster, and the characters-building is very well done. Both MCs are complex, damaged men who make for an enthralling read. Carter is the kind of character I like: empowered and strong. And I enjoyed seeing Finn growing to become a better man.

Corey H. Bennson did an amazing work with the narration, so yes, if you enjoy mpreg, this is a book you need to read.

A favourite

I love the humor and the characters. They're not perfect, they have their ghosts and it makes for a fun, but also emotional read.

Dr Bae might be a bit too super at times, but it evens out, same as with Finn being too much of a dimwit at times, but I guess he really is just a manly male? Although he's not described, or appears in my head, as Alpha in capital letters, but more as a confused pretty boy.

It has a depth to the story that I find lacking in a lot of mpreg books, so you can relate. It has charm and it is an enjoyable read/listen that has me giggling.

I don't like the classic damsel in distress books, so this is right up my alley!
