Pertinent church issues discussed

Important topics discussed for new church leaders. Some great reminders for more experienced leaders. Readers should keep in mind that - as the authors stated in the introduction - their church government is congregational Baptist, which may change how leaders deal with polity.

I thought the narrator's tone didn't hold the gravitas of the content of the book. Kind of hard to listen to after an hour or so.
