Okay. But not good or great.

Usual run of the mill stuff. Quite boring and updated methods for this 'Brave New World.

Delegation without Coaching

I would skip this one. This is definitely delegating with a heavy hand and not coaching others to really lead.

A Simple and Strategic Method for Delegating

There is no way to feel overwhelmed with the information because the contents are clearly structured. I love the fact that it articulates the fears and struggles that managers have in delegating. As I listened to them, I was saying “yes! yes!” It made me feel like I wasn’t alone on this journey of honing my delegation skills. Then the solution was presented with examples of how it works.

I recommend this book without reservation.

Short and sweet

A really good primer and reminder of how to delegate better.

As a knowledge worker, this was super valuable. Even though many of us feel like this stuff is intuitive (some isn’t).
