Excelente libro para Gerentes
La historia se encuentra bien estructuada y organizada, es fácil de comprender los conceptos y soluciones que brinda. Maneja una buena cantidad de información y soluciones para Gerencia, su objetivo es facilitar la delegación y supervisión de equipos de trabajo mejorando la productividad y el alcance de metas. Recomiendo este libro a todos los que tengan personal a su cargo. Hubo una parte que me gustó mucho, donde se habla de los análisis DISC, lo puse en práctica en mi empresa y ahora conozco la manera en como se comporta mi equipo en base a sus personalidades y puedo delegar de mejor manera tareas en cada uno respecto a sus capacidades. Respecto al audio iba algo lento para mi, pero lo coloque en 1.05x y me funcionó perfecto.
