The state of Delaware is filled with hundreds of haunted destinations. Wilmington is one of the oldest cities in the state, making it possibly one of the most haunted when you look at the deep history, unexplained phenomena, and multiple anomalies that the city has encountered. I was born in Delaware during the early 1960s, and even though I left the first state when I was nine, I can still recall many bizarre and unexplained instances that occured while I was living there. My family lived in a few haunted homes, one was a really old plantation house that was something straight out of a movie set. My early introduction into the paranormal left me with an open mind and a lack of fear where mysterious life events are concerned.
