Uninterrupted 8 hour sleep after first listen

I listened to this for the first time last night. I had the deepest sleep I've had in years and woke up feeling very refreshed. I was worried at first that the music in the background would keep me awake but it didn't at all.

I would highly recommend it. Factor in some time to settle down and drift away, then enjoy a long, blissful sleep

Finally asleep

After a listeing accident where the helmet hit my skull I had a bad concussion, my day was night- and I slept I all day. I stayed awake and all night and night was day. i purchased 3 diferent hynopsis problems and they didnt work. This one had me asleep and rested in the morning. the voice was soothing and quiet and the story line was correct. The only one that worked. its a keeper.

Great Sleep Aid

I was skeptical at first, but I needed something to help me sleep. After listening to the recording and using it consistently on nights when I've got 10 things running through my mind. I just fall right to sleep. as soon as the narrator's voice comes on I start yawning. This is a,wonderful alternative to any prescriptions or over the counter sleep aids, and much safer.

Well audiobook

This is an extremely direct and clear book with a lot of phenomenal focuses and proposals. I truly delighted in it and adapted a significant piece. The presentation permitted an improved comprehension of the reflection works out. In spite of the fact that this book is little, it depicts a portion of the techniques in great detail.

Awful!

How this is meant to help you sleep is beyond me. I thought I might have been able to get past the slightly annoying voice of the narrator until the music started in the background, which basically repeats over & over again. I read the reviews & there was no mention of this.

not really my cup of tea

Pretty sure it’s a computerised voice and the music is annoying, wakes me up more than relaxing.
