I've been meditating for several years

I've been meditating for several years and I love guided meditations. This one resonated very well for me and I even use guided meditations for pain relief. I used this one during a particular time of day that's generally stressy for me and was left feeling refreshed and relaxed. That right there for me is worthy of 10 stars.

It put me to sleep

It put me to sleep and I have never heard the last half of the thing. I did not need help falling asleep. I needed help with dealing with a traumatic experience I had.

easy to follow for beginners

Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation video I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated, pleasant experience, easy to follow for beginners.

I must say, this audio is amazing!

I am more of a chronic night owl than an insomniac, and I've tried many, many types of solutions that might help me unwind, fall asleep and keep on a schedule. I must say, this audio is amazing! Nothing I've tried has ever worked so well. I've had it a few weeks and have yet to make it all the way through without falling asleep! Even if I awaken in the night it will put me back to sleep. The more I listen to it the better it seems to work as I can actually "see" the visualizations now.

hard to sleep with the loud interrupting voice

how can u sleep if someone plays birds tweeting on loop then suddenly speaks to you in a loud unharmonious voice? try speaking in a softer tone, and dont leave huge gaps in between then suddenly tell me to relax! lol!

Really great book

My first impression was genuine surprise at how much of the incredibly short 30 minutes used no words and how slow the narration is. Surely this doesn't leave much room for content. And indeed it doesn't. Again: content isn't the goal. The calm, relaxing, reassuring non-judgmental narrator isn't trying to impart knowledge. Instead she brings you with her to a better, more tranquil place.This book could be a very good thing for me to revisit every now and again.

This audio does the trick for me every time

This audio does the trick for me every time...within about 5-10 min. of turning it on I am fast asleep. The only change I would make to it is perhaps the addition of more relaxing music and increase in the length, from 30 to 60 min. Otherwise it's fantastic. The dialogue is good and the narration is very good; her voice is soothing. The pacing is also spot on - I like how the narration moves in a slow, meandering way. My husband usually complains about my audio book use at bedtime (he prefers to fall asleep to the TV), however, even he likes this audio book :)

pretty good one

I have never read of listened to a meditation guide, and this being the first was a pretty good one. I thought the narrator was very good and had a nice calming voice and effect. Overall this accomplished its goal of relaxing this listener, and what more can I ask for?

I've suffered from anxiety since 2017

Out of all the anti-anxiety books I've read and listened too, this one is my favorite. it does actually help me forget what I'm thinking about and just drift off into sleep with it playing loud in my dark room at night. I've suffered from anxiety since 2017 and I've never been able to combat it til I found this. now even the meds helped. thank you so much.

The narration is such a relaxing

The narration is such a relaxing speed and tempo that I do not recommend using this while in the car or needing to focus on something where serious harm could occur. But if you are having a panic attack, need to calm your anxiety, help your calm yourself before sleep then you have picked the right audio book.

fantastic

I'm a regular Headspace app user. I never thought I'd be able to meditate but the app did a great job of teaching me and now I meditate every day. But the subscription is spendy for most folks so finding a few guided meditation sessions right here on Audible can be a great alternative and this one is fantastic. I do find the music to be a bit beyond ambient and it may be distracting for some. The voice performance seems so familiar and has a roboticness to it that makes me think it was not performed by an actual human. Those two issues aside I loved this guided meditation and will definitely be looking for more from Chakra Guided Meditation to supplement my use of Headspace.

Love the instant relaxation

Love the instant relaxation this provides on a moment's notice. Have used it a few times now and each time it has this wonderfully soothing effect on me.
