Deep Sleep Hypnosis

In the past I usually had no problems falling asleep but would wake up in the middle of the night and fret about things for an hour or two. The fatigue affected my work and my health. I have an Apple Watch and a sleep app so I can track my sleep cycle at a very detailed level. Tried listening to different meditation audio tracks, boring business books and reading, and also particular preparation before bed. Nothing worked consistently, but I have used this 5 days in a row and slept through the entire night every night and the sleep app is proof of that. This is truly amazing and will greatly benefit my work and my health! Thanks!

Deep Sleep Guide

Love this audiobook! It really does help me fall asleep. Because I wake up frequently through the night, I love that it lasts almost 3 hrs and the majority of the ending is just a peaceful thunderstorm and rain with meditation music. It’s so soothing and helps me to fall back to sleep faster. I read some of the reviews and a couple of people mentioned there was horror movie sounds near the end. I did not hear those sounds. I’ll listen to this book every night. Thank you

Best guide on Deep Sleep Meditation

I have had trouble sleeping every since my second child went to college. I was taking a strong sleeping pill which my doctor finally said I could not take every night. I was beside myself wondering how I was going to go to sleep which only made things worse. After reading all the good reviews I thought "what do I have to lose". However I vowed not to write a review until I tried it for a month. I expected this to take days if not weeks to work. I have never made it through the tape. I have never been able to listen to the second part. Finally I started with the second part of the tape and have never made it through that. I put it on my ipod so that it automatically shuts off at the end - AND I DON'T WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT - I'M OUT!!! I never expected this to work so well. If you are having trouble sleeping please - give this a chance.

Deep Sleep

For those people unable to sleep every night without pills this meditation is perfect for you.

I listen to this audio every day when I'm in bed at night, and I follow a sleep like a little baby. this meditation is perfect it's amazing I would recommend it to anyone.

Just clear your mind with any negative though, the best way to do that keep follow the Narrator's voice, his voice is gentle and smooth follow it, if a negative thought comes in your mind, deeply relax and deeply inhale and exhale the air, keep doing it.

You'll see that if you keep listen to this audio every day, all your sleeping problems will disappear forever.

Amazing!

Bought this audiobook after many weeks of sleepless nights and all I can say is it did exactly as promised. I played it when I went to bed and went out like the lights. This guided meditation for full muscle relaxation and deep restorative sleep. By guiding both your body and mind into a state of complete relaxation before falling asleep, you will be able to fall asleep faster and enjoy a more sound sleep.Best nights sleep for ages.Thank you !

Helpful Deep Sleep Meditation Guide

I bought this book while on travel across the country to see if it would help me overcome the insomnia I started to suffer due to staying at different hotels every night. It worked for me! I am trying this at home to make it part of my routine. Although I could not always keep to the same bed time as recommended by this, at least the routine I developed to be prepared to sleep, did. The first couple of nights it took a double "reading" of this book to work but after that I was sleeping before the end of the first chapter. It's only three chapters long.

The Ultimate Sleep Meditation Works

This is really appropriate for people like me who are so stressed by the day they have lived they just can't put a stop to their endless thinking. It won't work so well for people who fall asleep easily but wake up at night. Once I've fallen asleep, I can wake up and fall back asleep easily. Still the author says one can put the CD again at night if woken up.

Just what I needed

This did wonders for me as someone who chronically has trouble falling asleep. The narration is very soothing and the hypnosis puts you in a deeply relaxed state without any effort on your part. I found it very effective and relaxing. It did put me to sleep multiple times and is my go-to at the moment when those restless, tossing-and-turning nights come.

I needed some help in getting a good sleep this days which i got through this audiobook. It eases your mind and help you relax whenever you need to relax. Recommended.

Deep Sleep Meditation

Really helpful for falling asleep. The narrator's voice is fantastic. I was really impressed with this sleep method. Just climb into bed for sleep and press play. I play it on a low volume now because if you fall asleep and the end credits start playing, they might wake you. Excellent way to fall asleep.

I would recommend this audiobook to any of my friends who have a hard time falling asleep. It is unbelievably soothing. I fell asleep during the first five minutes, and that is rare for me.

Deep sleep

These guys has finally solved my sleep issues. I use the CD on my phone every night with fantastic results, and got this for travel too.

I also play the app for patients who come into our clinic having a panic attack. This seems to soothe them, like nothing I've ever seen.

Amazing. Highly recommended.

Deep Sleep Meditation Guide

I tried a few other sleep and anxiety sessions but would listen to Arthur Milton's voice every night. His voice is unbelievably calm, I love his accent. If there is one thing I cannot stand in a relaxation meditation it is a whiny high pitched female voice. His voice is perfect. I was taking sleeping pills, balladry, anything I could get but I couldn't fall asleep and was having panic attacks. I've never slept better since listening to Arthur every night, and many night I fall asleep listening.

Best guide for all

I really enjoy this way of getting to sleep, as it's easy and takes only a few minutes for me to doze off. Much rather put this on than stay tossing and turning all night. the narrator's voice is pleasant and relaxing. I'm not sure of the content because I fell asleep so quickly! the other track w natural sounds is nice too. a very relaxing and pleasant listen.

This is a very useful and informative book.

I love this book and pick it up occasionally to remind myself of what’s important and to provide a reset. This audio book helps you to reset the mind and stop the random thoughts that passes through the minds without any reason, helps in getting to sleep instantly

Exactly what I needed
