helps me sleep

Improved my sleep improved my life!

"I honestly can count on this to put me into a deep sleep every time. I don't know what she does, but she is the most effective for me for falling fairly quickly into relaxation and then to sleep. I set my timer for the end of the chapter on the second chapter so the ""this is audible"" thing doesn't wake me up at the very end, which can happen with some audible meditations. Hope it works for you!"

The best sleeping hypnosis book I ever listened to

"I have tried many sleeping hypnosis books that O immediately refunded as they had complicated instructions to follow which is not ideal if you are trying to doze off. This audio book has a lady speaking in a very calm and soothing manner you would fall asleep within 10 minutes. After a while you hear very relaxing ocean wave sounds that help you to fall into very deep sleep. I can't sleep without it as I listen to it every night now and am no longer afraid of going to bed then getting up after a while due to my insomnia!"

This was the first "hypnosis" audio book

"This was the first ""hypnosis"" audio book I purchased, and I absolutely love it. I fall asleep each and every time I listen to it, and I actually look forward to bedtime now because I know I'll fall asleep quickly. The only complaint I have is the same as a previous reviewers: Audible's own ""You've been listening to Audible"" at the end of the recording wakes me up every night."

Very helpful to fall asleep quickly

"Life is full of stress and frustrations this audio book has you step back, clear your mind and take a deep breath with these daily exercises so you can be aware of your body language, watching what you say, journalism etc.. I found it very helpful when I start thinking negative to step back and say wait it is really not that bad. But only with practice will things be better in your life."

Wonderful tips to sleep

"Like many people today I've been looking for better ways to manage stress and to find some peace. I was trying to meditate on my own for months and found it difficult. I was ready to give up, but I didn't. I felt meditation could help me if I could find some guidance, so I did some searching and found this audiobook. It is wonderful. It helps me focus and afterwards, I feel great. Usually, I find noises (voices) very distracting during meditation, but the author's voice is soothing like a caress though it took a little getting used to hear someone talk after a long silence."
