I had a really easy time falling asleep with this.

I had a really easy time falling asleep with this one. I just pressed play and left it on a low volume. Very relaxing, perfect for going to sleep faster.

A lot of great sessions

Hi, Out of desperation I tried this session. I used it each time I woke up during the night and again the next night. I just plugged in the headphones, started the player and went to sleep. very awesome!!!

Had much impact

Good techniques to relax and fall asleep!

It really worked for me, it helped me relax and fall asleep right after. The program teaches you something new every day, but you also repeat what you previously learned. So you end up having a nice routine to put in practice when you can't sleep.
