Game changer
I honestly didn't have much faith before I listened.My husband of ten years pretty much belongs in hoarders and I had completely given up only cleaning when my anxiety took over which led to a lot of hostility in my life. After just ONE session I felt that sense of being overwhelmed disappear. Things are actually being done with calm and ease. I can't wait to let my husband listen to this!

Yes, try this !
This audio meditation is a welcome addition to my bedtime routine. It actually DOES seem to be of assistance in my decluttering process and AT MINIMUM, its calming process assures me a speedy transition to a restful nights sleep.
The authors soothing voice and the transitions used in his techniques seem quite effective.
The ending does have the familiar Audible ending and can be abrupt and noticeable loud; however, I have only noticed this ending announcement on a very few occasions. It rarely awakens me.
I have found this purchase quite effective and enjoyable and I highly recommend !!

Get to the point!
Calling 1,2,4,5 chapters is a huge stretch. Only one so called chapter was worth your time. To soon to know if it is having any impact on me. Skim chapters 1,2, or go right to chapter 4.

Only one didn't like
Have most of the Thielke Maddow audio books like all listen repeatedly. This one only Chapter 3 has message so 5 star for that otherwise not worth purchase. Chapters: 1 intro 2 normal explanation 4 all sound 5 the end so the 1 & 2 stars.
