Indulge in this duet narration performed deliciously by Shane East and Andi Arndt!

Let me just say -- none of this was supposed to happen.

I didn't expect the letter to go viral. I didn't think anyone would figure out who Dear Sexy Ex was. And I especially never thought he would find out about it.

Yeah, bit of a miscalculation there.

But see, I need the money to fund my brand new venture. And Dear Sexy Ex, well, it turns out he needs me to save his business.

By becoming his fake fiancée.

Yup, that's the pickle I find myself in -- pretending to be madly in love with the charming, brilliant, and utterly infuriating man known as Dear Sexy Ex.

Only, it's not an act. And he can never know....

The audiobook includes special appearances from Tim Paige, Christian Fox and Kit Swann!

Dear Sexy Ex-Boyfriend was such a wonderful combination of so many of my favorite tropes. Childhood friends to lovers, brother's best friend, and fake fiance all come together for this sweet romcom. Summer and Oliver couldn't have been cuter together and I loved all their shared history. They knew each other so well and have supported and been there for each other time and time again. A comedy of errors and good intentions tests their restraint and forces them to face their buried feelings. I loved seeing Summer and Oliver get tangled up in all their fibs and slowly realize what's always been right in front of their eyes. Things wrapped up a bit quickly at the end, but the epilogues were adorable and brought the story full circle. I'm excited for Fitz and Logan's stories next!

Andi Arndt and Shane East were wonderful together and the duet narration was fantastic. They have such wonderful chemistry and complement each other so well. Their fireside chat was a fun addition and a great way to get to know the narrators a little better. Joe Arden and Kit Swann were also amazing in their cameos/supporting roles. Make sure to listen all the way to the end too, so you can hear all the bloopers! Every Lauren Blakely audiobook is always so perfectly cast and is such a treat to listen to.

I thought this would be a fun easy romcom and it was but it was also so much more! This exceeded my expectations and I was so so so pleasantly surprised.

Summer and Oliver are best friends who talk like best friends, act like best friends, have inside jokes like best friends but deep down are really attracted to each other more than best friends.

Summer is trying to save money to open a fitness studio in NYC and just got denied a bank loan. Unwilling to accept help from others, she enters a writing contest where the winner gets a cash prize. She wins and her snarky satire essay titled “Dear Sexy ex-boyfriend”, which she wrote tongue and cheek about Oliver, goes viral. Oliver is a lawyer and on the most eligible bachelor list every year. When the savvy internet people find out the essay is about him, his reputation in business is at risk of taking a hit and he may lose clients so he asks Summer to pretend to be his fake fiance until the hoopla blows over.

Obviously you can guess what happens next and I enjoyed every minute of it! Smart and witty dialogue make this book flow so easily. It felt like I was overhearing two people at brunch having a conversation where they were so comfortable it was like they had been friends for years (which they were!)

Adored the dual narration (hello British accent!) and both did a wonderful job making the characters come alive. I love books with dual narration. It really does elevate the audiobooks and make them so much more enjoyable to listen to.

Loved the banter between the two main characters!

This was a really fun book , Summer was trying to win a contest so she could open her gym. Oliver needs to keep a new client And her contest entry puts that at risk so why not pretend? Well there story is great the only thing that I wish was different was how it wrapped up I jumped kinda fast to the end just wish there was a little bit more in depth info from a to b but still loved the book !

I love BF to lovers

the bloopers show that this group actually takes this seriously. They realizes that the narrators ARE actual actors, they rehearse, they put themselves into this as a job and not a hobby. I love them.

I am a sucker for Shane East as the British narrator...can’t help it...this story was sweet and funny. I really appreciate both Andi and Shane adding the bonus interview about the characters and wish narrators would do this more often. It was so much fun to get to hear what they think narrating these characters. Love the bloopers and it totally seems like so much fun they both had narrating together...

Love Shane East and Andi Arndt’s performance and bonus part
