Because while I love all those that said to do this, I know I'm not the only one going through much of the stuff contained. Okay, I'll admit, maybe not all of it at once, but you're out there. Those that will nod and say, "me too girl, you aren't alone."
So I guess this is actually for us, not just me. I'm not for everyone however and understand that.
But I feel amazing on this journey and hope some follow along with me.
