I believe everyone should read tis book - not just care givers - it has given me a completely new understanding of the sacrifices people make and how important support for the care givers is. Loved this audiobook. Being a caregiver is not easy and this book reminds that it is ok to take time for self-care and recharging. It's like being in a support group.
