Affirmations of Encouragement

The letters are written affirmation of encouragement to positively affect you through your healing journey. I loved the concept and encouragement this book provides.

My favorite part was the ending of each letter.

This book was a reminder on how we should love ourselves more as black women. We should really be more gentle and carefree of other opinions. I felt like the letters were the daily affirmations we need so I'm super thankful for the audio. Change will happen within us through the power of these words.
