I'm a Huge Fan

Sandy Mitchell always writes Cain really well, and I enjoy his stories a lot. this story just felt a bit too short.

Bring out the rest of the stories ASAP!

My favorite Commisar. The narrator(s) really bring the stories to life. I can't wait for the rest of the series to come out.

If you like Cain I highly suggest this.

If you love Warhammer stories that don't take themselves too seriously I recommend this. This is not Cain's best story but is a good way to burn some time and get more backstory for Cain.

Fine story but different cast

It is obvious if you read the story info, but this is not the same narrator as the other Cain novels. The story and performance are fine, but it is not the same humor and experience as the mainline novels have.

everyone sounds wrong

none has the same voice as in the actual audio books...
also the effects are slightly too loud to make the dialogue easily distinguishable

Cain is Cain once again

Not bad. The voice actor sounds like he would make an exception Emperor Palpatine comfortably

Wish it was longer.

Its a great preformance by the narrarator, the soundeffects are really lifting the story telling. Fast, mysterious and thrilling. But I wish it was longer. Could have been a 3 hour tale, without making it any boring.
I feel this should have been sold at 5$ and not what I paid (about 9$)

not bad but not what I expected

from the title I thought it is going to be a story of being stranded or lost in see in a ship or something but what we got was island hopping and Cain adventure with another guard regiment of renown.
overall it was very good but not what I expected or was hoping for
