Left and Right Nostril Breathing

Thanks Jess for explaining the concept of the left and right nostril breathing. I now fully understand it and have personally experienced the balancing of my own brain through this meditational exercise. My brain was very calmed and relaxed after this practice. Namaste...

Day 8 won’t play

This series is going great but day 8 won’t play for some reason. I’ve restarted my phone, restarted the app, and still nothing. Great series though.
