Great for removing urges and cravings to use or engage in compulsive behaviors.
Loved this one the best! Find it very helpful to apply in the real world. It’s all about perseverance and staying committed which is a big deal in recovery. I play this for my clients at a residential treatment facility and they love it! Very helpful tool and provides instant gratification when you complete it. It may hurt but feels just as good when you let your arms down and feel that tingling sensation and a sense of accomplishment. It’s also great for those who over think and ruminate cause they aren’t focused on their negative thoughts when they are engaged in using the breathing, clenching of teeth and holding themselves up. Thank you! It’s necessary esp in recovery to get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself! Thank you!

The best part about #13 is when it's over.
Remove the negativity by avoiding Day 13. lol It hurts! I couldn't finish it. Some may find this helpful, but it's not for me.

What’s the point of day 13
How is clenching your teeth repeatedly supposed to remove bad habits? It’s actually painful to finish.
