Too short…

Amazing story, high adventure, read without being able to stop… Simply amazing… Leaves you wanting so much more… Just too short… Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to bring us this masterpiece….

Like All of Sanderson: Insightful

I love Brandon Sanderson stories as the point of view gives me an insight into how a person with similar life choices might feel.

Very fun!

It felt like a fun pirate tale set in Roshar, the characters a enjoyable and the voice act (like always) is phenomenal. A great novella.

100% Percent Enjoyable

This may be the only Sanderson book that I've 100% enjoyed start to finish with zero slogs drags or annoyances that typically hinder a books in my opinion. It might be perfect.

A fun read

I enjoyed the book but felt the pacing was a bit off. It was great having Lopen as one of the main characters. I wish Rock would have been in the book!

A Shardblade to the Feels

Great story, giving us more of Lopen, Rysn, Cord, and Rushu. The readings by Kate and Michael are fantastic, as always (given their other Stormlight Archive work).

Some great nuggets of true, valuable principles, particularly right at the end - thanks for giving us something to chew on for our own consideration and growth, Brandon (as always :).

Amazing!

Another Masterpiece from BrandoSando!! A great short detour from the main story- can’t wait to see how it ties in with the next books! And I love the takeaway lessons about humanity, compassion, never judging a book by its cover (in more ways than one) and the importance of believing in yourself.

Middle Aged Fan

I absolutely love all things Stormlight. I simply can't wait for the next book. This, however makes the wait even worse. This was very enjoyable from beginning to end. Now the difficult task of waiting begins. Bummer.....

My only complaint is that it wasn’t long enough!

I really loved this one and didn’t want it to end. Thanks, Brandon for another great story. I’m inspired to start the series over!
